Young Life of Ashland County Ultimate Ride – Official Route Information Page
This year Ashland Bike Company has teamed up with Young Life of Ashland County to bring a new challenge for the 6th annual Ultimate Ride. We are offering new distances to challenge riders of any level: 25 miles, 50 miles, and the “ultimate” Ultimate Ride, 100 miles! Register HERE.
The routes all overlap significantly with all routes sticking together for the first 19 miles. The 50 and 100 mile routes share the same course, with the 100 milers heading out for a 50 mile northern loop before rejoining the course in Olivesburg to head back to Ashland. 100 mile riders can look forward to a hilly first half followed by a flat to rolling second half.
In addition to the new routes, we are going to host the start and finish in Downtown Ashland. Registration and sign in for preregistered riders will take place at our store beginning at 8am, Ashland Bike Company, 30 W Main St., Ashland, OH. The ride begins with a mass start at 9am. Riders that participate in the ride will receive a stainless steel thermal tumbler featuring the YL Ultimate Ride logo. The first 50 preregistered riders will receive their gift on the day of the ride, additional tumblers will be ordered as needed.
